In our carvery casserole seafood menu you can make your own choice of 3 or 4 meats from either carvery or hot casserole selection.

Carvery:

  • Crumbed terakihi with tartare
  • Baked fresh fish with lemon pepper and fresh cream sauce
  • Baked fresh fish with dill & champagne sauce
  • Oven baked salmon with lemon aioli (add $2.50 per person)
  • Snapper with kumara cakes, asparagus (seasonal) toasted almonds lemon aioli (add $3.50 per person)
  • Whole poached salmon $120.00 each
