In our Carvery Casserole Buffet menu you can make your own choice of 3 or 4 meats from either carvery or hot casserole selection.

Carvery:

  • Roast beef (Bolars) with garlic and cracked pepper
  • Roast pork with crackling

Hot Casserole:

  • Moroccan chicken breasts with savoury rice

  • Beef, bacon, mushroom red wine casserole
  • Crumbed terakihi with tartare
  • Baked fresh fish with lemon pepper with cream
  • Baked fresh fish with dill & champagne sauce

Served with Gravy and condiments

Braised seasonal greens in olive oil and lemon

  • Mesclin greek – red onion, cherry tomatoes, feta-olives on request
  • Baby beetroot, baby carrots, baby spinach with honey and sesame
  • Roast pumpkin, celery, sun dried tomato, sultanas, feta- aioli dressing ( not available Dec –Feb)
  • Kumara, walnuts, pumpkin seeds light curry and orange dressing
  • Lightly grilled BBQ vegetables with balsamic and basal yoghurt dressing
  • Broccoli, mandarin, toasted cashew nut
  • Nutty vegetable rice
  • Green beans with lemon & herb dressing
  • Italian vegetable pasta with sweet chili and mayo dressing
  • Asparagus, red peppers, avocado dressing (seasonal Nov-Dec)

  • Tropical fruit salad – pavlova roulade – chocolate mousse log
