Gerald has operated ‘Quality Caterers’ since 1993, and ‘Wedding Catering’ represents the wedding specific arm of the business. Gerald is a ‘City and Guilds’ trained chef who also completed ‘City and Guilds’ Bar, Waiting and Hospitality Management courses. He was executive chef for 2 function centres in Auckland along with being the Food and Beverage Manager for hotels within New Zealand and overseas.
The company is very experienced in wedding catering and Gerald enjoys the challenge that catering at different venues presents. Gerald will meet with you at your venue before the function and answer any queries and offer his expertise to make your function a success.
We have had a lot of experience catering for weddings, from casual meals in private homes to full-blown formal and marquee events. We know that planning for your wedding can get quite stressful, so we plan to make your catering decision a fun part of your wedding planning.
We have a selection of wedding menu options: Spit Roast Carvery buffet, Plated Set Menu, Home Catering, BBQ, Fingerfood and Afternoon Tea.
Yes we cater for weddings throughout the year. You can arrange to have a Wedding menu without desserts; there is also Seafood selection and an After Ceremony Fingerfood menu .
We operate from an A grade commercial kitchen and our chefs hold current food safety certificates.
